Coming from Touge racing, the game feels very familiar and tight. Extremly unforgiving, hard and fair. Probably not fun for casual players, but really good if you know the sport.

It's a shame to give this game a thumbs down. ISZ was really one of a kind on the 3DS, a more or less complete open world sandbox on horrible hardware. It was never a great game, but something special. That said, its not special anymore on PC, but just bad. The map is almost the same as the 3DS, which wouldn't be a problem itself, but the fact that the 3DS map couldnt be made different, doesn't excuse it to be the same on the PC.

I wouldnt even call this a new game or even a remake, ISZ is just a lazy port for the PC and Switch, the map is the same, the weapons are mostly the same - heck, even the items are all the same. There are one or two new things, the spaceship was pretty cool here, but like i said, its basically just a port. And i dont want to hate on the game, i had fun on the 3DS with it, the Dev seems like a great guy and i feel like the game wasn't just a quick cash grab to get some 3DS nostalgics. The problem isnt even the fact that its all the same, my personal problem is just how it plays. The UI is not good, walking feels super slow, you cant sprint and inventory management isn't really possible. And of course, the Zombie AI is literally the same. Surviving is also just luck, you cant defend yourself from the zombies without a weapon.

You could fix the game in a couple of hours without problems, add a few new locations, rework the UI, new movement, better Zombie AI - and you should get a way better game. But thats all just a dream, the game came out in dec. 2021 and practically got no content updates.

Its fun for 0,99€, but not good for 4,99€, you are better off with a different zombie game.
