What can I say, Europa Universalis IV is an /amazing/ game. It is both the first "grand strategy" and Paradox game that I've ever played, and even though grand strat is out of my realm of games that I generally play (FPS/RPG/RTS), I find myself losing myself in this game. One moment it's 8:30pm and the next moment I've formed Spain, colonised Canada, completed conquest on almost half of Africa, made several countries within central Europe and the Middle-East completely hate me, accumulated enough money to last my royal family a life time, and it's 1am.

In short, this game is addictive. At first I was very skeptical about whether I enjoyed this game, however Ben was very generous to gift me a copy and I can say that I can't thank him enough, anyone who thinks of maybe buying this game, if you do, definitely try playing Japan from both the Shogunate and the Daimyo perspective, both are incredibly fun and sometimes rather chellenging, even though there are many other more challenging achievements/challenges aside from Japan.
