alright this game has changed a good amount, core systems are largely the same but the it offers something for everyone and continues to add depth and breadth to almost every aspect of the game. its definitely worth a good long try.

The thing is, you don't invest in a game, you play it. And the only reward for playing a game is the experience--the fun you had while playing.

If the minute-to-minute gameplay of a game isn't fun, then the game isn't well-designed.

And if you have to spend money to find a game fun, there's a very good chance that the game was specifically designed to be un-fun unless money is spent.
