Well, there's some money down the drain.

I'm around the min specs since they changed them (3 GB GPU), but that should not cause issues in the cutscenes for the love of Pete! My other specs are well above minimum.

Other than that game stutters constantly.
Panning your camera too fast - that's a stuttering.
Fighting crowd bigger than 3 people - that's a stuttering.
Gliding - that's a stuttering.
Taking with Oracle on a handheld - that's a stuttering.
Summoning Batmobile - that's a stuttering.
Trying to drive the darn thing - that's a powerpoint presentation.

I hope they patch the everloving hell out of this game but at the moment it's bordering heavily on unplayable. There's a lot of other games deserving my and your money much more than broken PC ports. It even prompted me to press X instead of Space!!
Come to think of it I should've bought it on PS4 :(

Verdict: AVOID LIKE PLAGUE UNTIL PATCH!!!
