SOLUTION FOR CRASHING AND FREEZING ON 13TH/14TH GEN!!!

Hello fellow superheroes (or supervillains - im not judging)

I have tried countless things in the past 2 days in order to fix my game from freezing at random times forcing me to end it in task manager and I recieved countless suspensions for leaving games due to that

I am making this post for people out there that have issues similiar to mine in hopes of helping someone else cause I wish there was a post mentioning this fix when i was in trouble.

I found this solution by crashing in some other games aswell and I just had to put an end to it and i've played all the games crash-free entire day today after doing this few changes but not sure which one actually did the trick so i'll just write all of them.

1st solution:

- Press win + R and type in "SystemPropertiesAdvanced"

- Click advanced tab and then under performance open Settings

- Again click on advanced tab and click "Change"

- Uncheck automatic option on top

- Check your recommended size in the bottom (for me its 4096)

- Change it to custom size for all your disks to double the amount of the recommended (in my case 8000)

- Click set and apply (you might need to restart your pc after)

2nd solution: (this one probably did the trick for me)

Open bios and change the following options:

- Change cpu core clock speed to 53 (i tried doing it through intel tuning utility but still had crashes)

Change the following settings based on your motherboard:

Gigabyte:

- Tweaker > Cpu upgrade: Default

- Tweaker > Adv. Cpu Settings -> Turbo power limits: Enabled (by default its on Auto)

MSI:

- Ez mode > Gameboostg / Creation Genie: Disabled

Asrock:

- Ez mode > Power settings > Load intel base power limit: Enabled

3. Going to installation folder of the game and setting it to disable fullscreen optimizations, run as admin and change dpi scaling to application
- disclaimer is that i have done that before when i was crashing and this one isn't the fix that did it for me but it might help someone
