wonderful WONDERFUL game that indulged a lot of cravings i had, was an utter joy to look at and wander around lost in everything for hours! i knew the ending wouldn't be a super impactful complicated thing in any way, but that made it more fulfilling in a way! happily spent all my time knowing that the adventure itself would be better than the destination. hope they do more in this game's universe though, since i adore all the lore and worldbuilding... can only hope! cheers :]

*note: i didn't experience any issues with stuttering performance/audio like others on my decently nice system, but i did encounter quite a few UI bugs with a some lingering ambiance tracks playing until restart! a little rough launch, but it sure didn't stop me! i hope all the bugs get resolved as soon as they can, they're definitely impacting others a bit more harshlyyy.. :(

(p.s: i played through the entire game with a dualshock 4 controller!)

one of my most impactful childhood games re-emerges from the ashes to both send me further into my depression and bring me out it further than ever in the span of 4 days.
cannot overstate how happy i am that more people can finally play this wonderful game, all of the rewritten bits give it such a meaningful new core message as well.
extremely faithful to the original, still retains some of the jank but imo in an endearing nostalgic way.
*i haven't played this game in 10 years, i played through the entirety of it all day every day with one of my best friends during one of my lowest points and it was the most meaningful experience i've had in years

i have been physically harmed (again)

fills every hole i've been longing to have filled since i completed outer wilds, very unique multiplayer experience and beautiful enviroments make it a very chillaxing fun game to do everything and anything in whenever i feel like. 10/10 for me

on a more serious note, i use this game to destress, mostly on rainstorm. either solo or with friends, it's just absolutely undeniable fun, win or lose! it's just got such a chaotic fun energy that no other game i've ever touched has, and all the survivors, items, bosses, and enviroments have such a unique unbeatable charm to them. basically: i love this game. thank you hopoo <3

i ruined a sniper's day by dominating them with a conscientious objector with my face on it for 2 hours
