Such a fun game. If you enjoyed Stardew Valley, Harvest Moon, Rune Factory, etc this is the game for you. The marriage candidates are all cuties, the plot has me interested, the combat is fun while challenging, and farming co-op with friends is a lot of fun, too!
I love that the farming went the spell route for crops, like summoning clouds to water and infusing mana with certain magical crops to make them grow! It's such a cool concept! The world seems fleshed out, the pixel art is stunning, and there are tools there if you prefer the solo, casual play style which I like to flip on when playing solo (invincible mode) so I can just go through the plot without worrying if I'll die to enemies. I've already sunk 60+ hrs into this and I'm sure I'll make new farms, try new races/classes (though that doesn't seem to have much overall bearing on the game itself.)
I wish being the same race as some characters maybe changed their interactions on some level, but I understand why it doesn't. I just wish more than the opening scene acknowledged what race you are.
