Such a fun game. If you enjoyed Stardew Valley, Harvest Moon, Rune Factory, etc this is the game for you. The marriage candidates are all cuties, the plot has me interested, the combat is fun while challenging, and farming co-op with friends is a lot of fun, too!
I love that the farming went the spell route for crops, like summoning clouds to water and infusing mana with certain magical crops to make them grow! It's such a cool concept! The world seems fleshed out, the pixel art is stunning, and there are tools there if you prefer the solo, casual play style which I like to flip on when playing solo (invincible mode) so I can just go through the plot without worrying if I'll die to enemies. I've already sunk 60+ hrs into this and I'm sure I'll make new farms, try new races/classes (though that doesn't seem to have much overall bearing on the game itself.)
I wish being the same race as some characters maybe changed their interactions on some level, but I understand why it doesn't. I just wish more than the opening scene acknowledged what race you are.
An all together great game that I'm really enjoying and highly recommend! :)

A ton of fun. Needs some polishing, and I can't wait until they finish all that's planned in their roadmap, but it's very promising as of now. I could see other small-folk lore being incorporated in the future, such as faeries, sprites and things. Can't wait to see where this game goes, it's already started off phenomenal.

It's a lot of fun, and has an intriguing story. BUT the camera angle causes me some serious eyestrain after long play sessions, i wish you could zoom in or out or switch to a first person view. It helps a little bit if i hold the right click (as in the aim button) it stabilizes the camera making it smoother. I wish it was just normally that smooth. Maybe in a future update they can fix or adjust that. I'll still be playing, just have to limit my play sessions cuz it seriously hurts my eyes after awhile.
Intuitive combat system, fun spells, all your fave HP locations and locales, a trans character insert to spite JKR...what more could you ask for? It's great.

Do you want to lose hours of your life to a game raising baby dinosaurs or fighting other dinosaurs in fierce combat? Do you want to close your eyes at night and dream in dino vision? Do you want to stay awake late at night because you just can't leave the game yet because there's predators in the trees and you have to make sure your friends are OK?

Because if you want all of these things, the Isle is for you!
