It's marketed as a "chill" exploration game, which it is, but the world lacks character in my opinion. It lacks any real challenge, and the customization is rather limited. If you want a more in-depth exploration game, I'd recommend Kenshi or Hyper Light Drifter. Those games really inspire a sense of "what IS this thing??" or "what on earth happened there?"
