Small Saga is an absolute delight for fans of Turnbased RPGS. Each combat is instanced, so you never have to worry about resupplying on consumables, and HP auto refills at the end of combat, making each fight more of a puzzle than a traditional RPG. The writing is fun and whimsical, the music is wonderful, and I can safely say I will be replaying it more than a few times in the coming future.

a charming puzzle game where you play as A kid and his buddy after school making an "rpg video game" using whatever resources they can find around the class room

Cube world is a game I supported early in its development at the behest of a good friend, and was very excited to see develop. years passed, Forgot it ever existed, then suddenly i got a notification saying the full game was on steam. I redeemed my code, and enjoyed my time for a while. The game itself plays fine, besides the severe balance issues of enemy difficulty, its pretty simple, much more dumbed down than it was in its original incarnation, but it plays fine.

I do have issues with the content that was stripped from the game (As many people do) and the barriers between nations that level down your gear, and remove any items you have earned, limiting the work you have done only to places you have gone, but it never feels rewarding when you are constantly stripped of your progress for exploring into a new zone.

NOW the game itself I find very fun, if repetitive. I want there to be more in the world, but with the radio silence I have noticed on the teams part, I can assume that they are about finished with the game. Multiplayer is fun, but with the world so empty it becomes pretty noticeable, even with friends. I wont presume to know what the developer has in mind, But I can say with certainty that fans of the game have begun to mod alot of the issues out, and add to the games content, so I am hopeful to see what comes of the game in the next few years from the community, if not the devs.

I enjoy this game very much, but it is certainly not for everyone.

Oneshot is an amazing atmospheric puzzle game, with possibly the most wholesome protagonist I have ever seen. You accompany the messiah, Niko, as he journeys to bring the sun back into the sky. its your job as 'god' to help him, and advise him through various puzzles that only an entity outside the world can. there are a number of puzzles that require you to do things outside the game, such as moving files, minimizing and opening windows, running files the game gives you, etc.

There are three endings to the game. two of which are a bit more obvious than the last, and require you to, once more, use files given to you outside the game to unlock it.

Overall the game itself has a wonderful story, and the characters were all very interesting to me. I would reccomend this game to ANYONE who loves atmospheric games.

Truly a beautiful game. the gameplay is clean, and easy to grasp; while still giving players a challenge. the world and characters are all delighfully colorful, all while having a grim undertone to the entirety of the game. the entire thing is a beautiful package with Earthbound-esque feel to the gameplay, and visuals. i highly recommend that you pick up both Lisa the Painful, and Lisa the Joyful, given the chance.
