Easily one of the most fun and generous Demo's i've ever played, this is basically a full game experience, none of the characters are even locked for the demo! INSANELY promising dev team to put all their cards on the table in pure confidence that the game WILL hold up.

AND IT DOES, I haven't even GOTTEN TO THE GAME ITSELF YET.
It's some of the most satisfying combat i've played in a roguelike hands down, very risk of rain like. Great fundamentals, every character has an appealing design while being a blast to play with multiple unlocks and a skill tree, and you can freely swap around your whole build and share things with allies which promotes teamplay and creativity a LOT.

Also i HAVE to give special credit to the sound design and SFX team because they NAILED IT. Everytime a big attack goes down with hitstop, satisfying doesn't even cover it, and every characters attacks just FEEL meaty.

Overall great game and i'll DEFINITELY be buying it when it comes out. The only criticisms i could put on it is that while i think they did a good job trying to making attacks clear, sometimes just SO much is happening it's a bit hard to tell (which is kinda par for the course), and certain effects like Fever make AOEs hard to see. I'd also like to see that character specific skill trees have their own separate skill point allocation, because it feels a bit off to dedicate skill points to a tree like that if you like swapping characters a lot (cheap resets are nice tho!). Maybe there could be a second resource that you get just from playing said character that goes to them?

Either way i haven't been this invested in a roguelike in a long time, can't wait for more!
