It's a modern Bethesda game, warts and all - if you come in with that expectation, you will be richly rewarded.

It's BOTF by way of Stellaris with HOI-style focus trees. What more do you need?

(Note: give it a month to patch out the launch bugs - they're minor but they are many!)
