-Recycling from previous game.

-Terrible multiplayer penalty and competition system.

-I'm a PC player and even though my FPS lock is on, having to play in multiplayer with it locked to 60 fps. Ridiculous!

-Final game is complete downgrade for graphics.

-Infinite loadings, server crashes, poor network error always, game crashes , game replays bug still in the game 5-6 months after its launch.

-The sound file of many cars in FH5 is also perfect, but when the same car comes to Motorsport, the sound file is a trash, has nothing similar with reality.

-Playing or racing with AI Bots are painful. They are like butchers, they are unpredictable.

-Unupdated car list. For a game released in 2023, it is really annoying to use old model versions from past Forza games.

Most of the things I listed above are problems that have persisted since the game was released. People who play and love the game wanted to give it some time to fix these, but at this point they see that nothing has been done, so they don't have many players anymore. In fact, the only thing keeping the game alive is Microsoft Game Pass. A game where negative comments are removed, positive comments were made about the game through fake accounts. And later this game received the best sports/racing game award. LOL.

If you have a race track that you love and are looking for a simcade-like game with a gamepad. Also you don't have a PS5 for GT7. Do not buy the game at the current prices, be sure to wait for it to be discounted by more than %50.

The only reason I play this game because I don't have a PS5+GT7. I love Nurburgring and SPA Francorchamps. I like to spend time lapping in these tracks. I don't have a wheel set, only have a gamepad.

If there is a car in four of them that you really like, there is nothing to do. Buy it. Otherwise, it's definitely not worth it.

The price does not represent a great value in today's conditions, it is acceptable, but it is not a fee to be paid for only 4 pieces. Lotus Emira is a A800 class car, that can be used for open online or seasonal. Pagani Huayra R acceptable for the engine sound. That is specially recorded for the vehicle. Also there are many alternatives that can be used in the S2 class. You won't even look at the rest of them ( Saleen Sportruck XR and Nissan Altimaniac ) again. The reason of not being added to the Car Pass is already disgusting, but as it can be understood from the "ITALIAN EXOTICS CAR PACK" other vehicle package they will bring in 24th season for a 10$, PG seems to find its way from here. At least, there are 7 beautiful cars to use in this new pack that will come.

Note : I got Racing Car Pack from Microsoft Store in a free event and added it in my account with a key, but those who buy it from Steam cannot get the Car Packs this way. They had to buy it on Steam. What a beautiful world right ?

I am not a person who loves to play many different type games, I have spent a long time in a few games beyond a very diverse game culture. When Forza Horizon came to Steam on March 4, 2021, it was a great alternative to the NFS series, which we put on the shelf due to the boring games we had from our childhood and for a long time. The main reasons for this are that it is neither a simulator nor an arcade style, the accessibility of the game due to the currency policy of steam, the open world, the graphics quality, the fact that it is not important to gain a level, easy in-game money to be earned, and there is no restriction level-based system from level 1 on vehicle modifications. When I bought it in 2021, even though it was in its 2nd year, I did not have any problems with earning in-game money or in-game vehicle variety. Didn't they have flaws? Yes there was, but the game makers seemed to be acting with the community, noting the reported problems and fixing them in the next monthly patches, or listing the known bugs and fixing them at a certain time. And since then, the Horizon series made him say to himself, "I will buy the next series of this game," with its new games and style. Soon after, Horizon 5 was introduced.

I'm one of those who pre-order Red Dead Redemption 2 and regret a thousand times, and if you collect it because of ridiculous optimization problems since the day it came out, I haven't played the game for 5 hours, then I deleted it from my computer in case it gets better one day. I was biased towards Horizon 5 at first as well, but Horizon 4's operation convinced itself to pre-order Horizon 5's monthly in-game content promotion on various social media. Note : I regret !

Let's come to the story of Horizon 5:

If you are reading this article, my friend who has not bought the game until now and is considering buying it, I recommend it to you. DON'T BUY IT, WAIT. If this game continues to not solve these optimization problems and in-game bugs even though it's just released. If it persists in prolonging the time to solve the problems, it can get the first 25% discount from Steam as soon as possible, and even a 35% discount may come with the summer discounts. Don't worry, even if you start the game late, there is no advantage to being a high level. In-game money and cars are easily obtained as you play.

In order to write the problems part, I wanted to write the first month patch, at least by reducing the solved problems, but nothing much has changed.

Problems :

-Memory Leak problem: Even though Nvidia received the first major in-game update that seems mostly on RTX cards, it is still an unsolved problem. When I enter the game with the RTX 3080 ti graphics card in 2K resolution, I start the game with 125-140 fps in extreme settings. At the end of my first hour of gameplay, the game drops to 80 fps. At the end of the second hour, it gives 45-60 fps and then gives a low system memory warning in the game, using all 12 GB Vramin, either throwing you to the desktop or taking you to the blue screen if you persist in not leaving the game to see where this will end (Once I was stubborn.) Every 2 hours, you have to go to the desktop and enter the game again.

-Mouse cursor problem: After spending some time in the game, your mouse cursor appears in the game and whether you make it full screen or take the mouse aside, that merriment appears there again. It was said to be solved in the first patch, yes they did, but this time the mouse cursor disappears after a certain time and this time you cannot see the mouse cursor in the main menu when you need it. -Online racing events: When entering an online racing event in Horizon 4, players were waiting idly for up to 10 minutes under the name of waiting, and it was said that this problem would be solved at 5, yes it was solved. We don't wait 10 minutes, this time they reduced the waiting time to 600 seconds, thanks. Cheating friends take the torment from a different dimension to the ceiling. In races, they pass by you like rockets on long straights, so you lose all your taste.

Edit: After the patch, the car headlights were turned off in online night races.

-Eliminating race mode: In-game, the race can start without seeing your opponent. How many level cars did the man who wanted to race with me have, you have no idea where he was coming from because you can't see him. There are cheaters here, too, and they teleport to the finish line like rockets on long plains. It's really tasteless!

Edit: After the patch, there is no cheating yet, but the problem of invisible opponents continues.

-You are thrown into offline mode with the in-game disconnection problem.

-If the same problem exists in Horizon 5, the problems related to the drawing in some cars I saw in Forza Horizon 4, the same problem is seen exactly. In other words, they were not taken care of at all during the production of the game, and although they are reported, they are still not taken care of.

- Most of the list of cars we saw in Horizon 4 was heated at 5 and presented to us. What I don't understand is that the next version of the same car came out in 2021, why can't I see it in the first release of 5? Why do you reheat the generation of the same car that came out between 2016-2019 and put it in front of me? Well then this game is Forza Horizon 4.5 isn't it? You are reporting on social media that the Peel brand is coming back in the next car update in December. Eh? Well ? Horizon 4 already had it, 5 came a month later. Eh? A lot of brands' 2021-2022 cases were introduced. It will be 2 years since the 992 chassis Porsche GT3 has been released, you are promoting the 2019 991.2 GT3 to me in the game promotion you will release at the end of 2021. It's ridiculous!

Conclusion: These are the problems that caught my eye about the parts of the game that I am interested in, maybe there are just as many problems in the activities of the game that I do not spend time with. You can think of the game as Cyberpunk, it came out as very hype for someone who likes cars and racing games, but it's already a troublesome game. If these problems are not resolved in the next short time, they may get tired of the players in a short time and have big problems in attracting new players, followed by a 25%-35% steam discount as soon as possible. So if you haven't bought the game, if you're thinking of getting it, don't rush and wait.
