Fearful that this laptop might be on its last legs, but... here's to relief that it's not its time yet!

I should probably do a virus scan, disc defragmentation, and other general maintenance stuff.

Been offline for a week due to unexpected circumstances. Upon my arrival, we were hit by the worst storm we've ever seen, leaving fallen trees and powerlines everywhere. Only just got the power back on yesterday. So... yeah. Queensland sure has a scary way of saying:

"Welcome home, Sooty!"
