-Lack of proper content and gameplay updates
-Lack of quality assurance/testing for selecting community-created items and maps
-Primary matchmaking system is a failed attempt at a competitive-esque experience
-The actual competitive mode has been abandoned for years
-Newly added V-Script content is fun for 1 week then forgotten
-Matchmaking system seemingly being held together by duct tape and chicken wire are some major problems
-Radio silence from the devs for months on end
-Over-abundance of buggy and poorly optimized maps
-Said maps all being available in the active map pool at once, spreading the already small player base thinner than paper
-Seasonal events are lackluster and are the same every year
-Copy-pasted content from the steam workshop for said seasonal events breaks the game in one way or another

TL:DR - Valve, stop giving me reasons to not play your game
