Too much lag, lots of rubber-banding by enemies. First few games were great but I soon found I was matched against players who were 200-500 points above my level and had little chance. Leading enemy can be hard with lag, but worse with more than one target, I couldn't select who to shoot at easily. Grind to get any upgrades very quickly became painful. Of course being F2P they try to force IAP to speed it up. Not a fan, recommend a pass. :lunar2020moneyrat:

Sold out to facebook, new overlords signal in press release that they will be shutting down custom songs, mods and almost everything that made this game worth playing. Would not be surprised to see data mining and personal information stealing code like redshell add to it as well. What do you think the odds are of exclusive "occulus store only" content in the future? Have a HTC Vive or Index, too bad. Want to play all your custom songs you enjoy, nope they break "our policy."

Sad day indeed when you pay for a game and it gets sold off to such bad companies who promptly change the license and remove features (or add ones you don't want) to your game. I think we should be able to keep version of the game we desire instead of having "forced updates" to things we don't want.

3rd party DRM, microtransactions in a single player game. Still can't install my original CD version of the game because of their DRM in it. avoid!

Nice quick game with great animations. Works on Windows 7 even though not listed in system requirements.

Good casual fun when you're looking to unwind. Actually got all the achievements I enjoyed it so much.

Can't login, password reset won't send email to valid email address. Can't play game. (even single player)

Checked forums and others have similar problems. Yet another DRM fail for paying customers. Avoid buying from this company.

Since being bought with new company, they chanced license agreement then installed spyware (Redshell). Even though now claims to have removed, what is stopping them from doing it again. Iwouldn't trust unethical companies like this. Sad because it used to be a good game.

Should be illegal to do this. Just picture buying a car 10 years ago but some new company buys the dealership. Now they have the right to spy at any point in the future which was not what you agreed to when first buying the car.

I've tried many times over the years to play this game. I WANT to play this game. I’ve tried hard many times to play this game even with the bugs. But each and every time I come back to it within a few hours or days of starting new maps it has so many problems I cannot play.

Like many other fans of this game, I've tried over the last several YEARS to play this. Wheels and landing gear exploring for years that plagued this game. Still getting desync problems in coop or players who teleport through ships. It's been one disappointment after another.

Last straw was when I bought my third copy (this time for my wife) and tried to give it a go since not playing since Dec 2017. (Currently July 2018) First two days are okay, no major problems. New map on solar system with zero mods. We get off the planet after a two real life days. Then while I playing a bit on my own the game crashes. Okay, so I load it up and instant crash again. Posted bug reports on forums, keen forums and discord. No response.

Try to load from backup files. They too crash each and every time. Finally find one almost an hour of play time back that loads. Fine, give that a go for a bit. Then we started getting random desync (on LAN btw) where wife would have to disconnect and reload. Then out of the blue every single ion thruster (about 50) in the game stopped working on the server. (my machine) My wife’s computer sees them running just fine but we can’t move of course. Restart game again.

Few more random restarts but we make it to mars. Land on mars and my achievements still show 0/6 planets explored. Even though I’ve been to Earth, Moon and now Mars by now. I get back into my lander ship and crash to desktop again.

Pure vanilla game with no mods and can’t even play a week without non-stop major game breaking bugs. Devs are now talking about pushing final release with this. Keen also has a “new secret game” that they now want to start work on.

Lets also not forget about Medieval Engineers. And they that they added microtransactions (skins) to SE long before it even got to Beta. I recommend you not only stay away from this, but all Keen software titles.

TLDR: Major game breaking bugs still not fixed, microtransactions before release, working on other games, Medieval Engineers and now some new “secret” project without finishing this one.

Pay to win, timed gates on almost everything. (training units, building, upgrading, etc.)

Not worth your time.

Sadly, this game doesn't work on Win7 or newer. Dev doesn't know how to fix it either and seems to have abandon the game.

Played on linux long ago, not bad game, if it would work.
