The game looks shiny, with a bit too much uncanny valley at times in regards to the characters. The characters themselves, and mostly their actions and reactions to situations are a complete immersion breaker at times. Highly unbelievable 'acting'. I struggled through it because I did find the puzzling enjoyable and hoped it'd get better, but found my interest waning more and more. I doubt I'll end up completing the game because the immersion is gone and the believabilty of the characters nonexistant. by now.

Very enjoyable, only downside being that it's a bit short! The whole could use a bit more storyline (who are you, what's your goal, why does the game end when it ends) but that's my opinion I suppose.

For me a really enjoyable sequel to the first Dishonored. On one hand it feels like more of the same, but when I enjoyed the first part as much as I did I can't call that a bad thing. The option to play the game as either Corvo or Emily brings an interesting twist to the experience and to me adds replay value. A true stealth game where each mission has several approaches, from sneaking in absolutely unseen and leave without a drop of blood being shed, to going in guns blazing. The characters and development are believable and there's enough backgroundstory and lore to keep you involved. If you enjoyed Dishonored, then I can definitely recommend Dishonored 2.

I've become quite a Dishonored fan and replayed the game about 2 times so far.
The setting of the game is lovely, the storyline a nice one and I -really- enjoy the diversity of the gameplay. unlike many other games you really get to choose here wether you want to go in guns blazing, or if you want to sneak around like a ghost. Many different achievements also challenge you to try different approaches. Definitely a recommend from me

Early Access Review
Yes, it still crashes a lot (every other race seems like it for me). Luckily not mid-race but only at the end/start of a race when your progress has already been saved. The game obviously still needs a lot of work as it stands (beta).
But it's Carmageddon!! Been a long time since I've been so happy during psychopathic killing sprees. Always been a fan and so far the Reincarnation seems to do the title justice. No sugarcoating; wreck cars, annihilate peds, or race around if that's your thing.

Don't even bother with this one... even if you finally manage uplay to start working and not instantly crashing on startup, the game itself is unplayable due to bugs. I can't even finish the tutoriual level because the screen keeps freezing up in combat (note that the game itself doesn't crash, it continues, but the visuals freeze and all you can do is cntrl-alt-del your way out to forcequit and try again.)
A shame because the game itself seems quite nice, but alas the bugs ruin it.
[edit] with some googling I did find a work-around for the freezing, but gamebreaking bugs like these shouldn't be allowed to still be unfixed through 'official' means so long after release.
[edit2] the workaround fix has stopped working too so I am once again left with an unplayable game....

Personally I don't consider 'Dear Esther' to be a game, rather an experience, or a story that is told as you go through the landscape. I found it an enjoyable experience, beautiful environment with a gorgeous soundtrack. Not sure I would recommend it at full price, but at a discount and if you're into these sort of experiences I'd say go for it.

While I do recommend the game, I won't recommend it for the full price. I bought it on sale and for what it cost me I had a nice experience. However, had I paid the full price I would've felt cheated.

Don't get this if you want a game. It's not so much a game, rather an interactive story.
The story was nice, though in all honesty a bit cliché.
Regardless I enjoyed the experience. Will last you about 2 hours if you take your time looking around. Not something that has a replay value.

Sadly, it does not compare to The Dark Descent. It's not a -bad- game though... but it's not nearly as good as I had hoped for.
The lack of closets to hide in or sanity meter are a shame (really.. I loved hiding in the closets! And no sanity meter means you can just oogle the monsters as you please.. as long as you're out of reach).
The pig-references in the narratives are a nice touch at first, but before long it's layered on so thickly it just becomes annoying and predictable. Where as in The Dark Descent I would often have to stop playing after half an hour to calm my nerves, AMFP never even managed to make me more than slightly nervous.
Overall I wouldn't recommend it unless one can buy it dirt-cheap.
