What makes you think I don't know or do that? My review is of the product this steam page is for: the game that Bethesday provided us with, unmodded. As you said, it's the community making this game great so I will not give Bethesda more credit than they deserve for it.
And to conclude with the same sentiment as in my review: if it makes you happy playing and modding the game please keep enjoying that. I would never want to take that away from anyone. :)
So when you refer to this game being overrated keep in mind that we play it WITH mods and our experience is way more different.
The original, unmodded game is, of course, unplayable.
