Fantastic game with plenty of satisfying puzzles to solve during later combat scenarios. Lots of world unlocks to help improve future runs. A smart, fun, fantastic game.

An ill conceived, idiotic implementation of an IP.

Just give us the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ digital version of the board game already.

Clunky, cumbersome and opaque. This game should have been a homerun considering it's creator. Stick with Xcom. This is dumb and simply not fun to play. It goes out of it's way to be different from Xcom but certainly not better than Xcom.

It's great! It's still Monster Hunter and that makes it great but all the additional stuff has gotten to be annoying. The palamute. The hooty owl or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ it's called. Being able to run up walls... The game has gotten needlessly complicated in some ways and I'm not feeling that aspect of the game.

It's ugly. Like...spectacularly ugly. Developed by a studio named Tactical Adventures; emulating the 5 edition D&D system which is categorically the least tactical version of D&D out there. I fully understand that 5ed. is extremely popular. It's also extremely dumbed down.

A 4th edition version of this would be spectacular. Better. A Pathfinder 2.0 version of this would rock. I really wanted to like this game. Can't. Won't. Save your money.

Lovely to look at with a simple but deep combat system. It's nice to see the acknowledgement of all the different types of gear. A really nice surprise for a Monster Hunter JRPG.

Great cycle of jumping, murdering and looting.

Basically...there's voodoo going on behind the scenes to make all of this work as well as it does. Pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥' magic.
