What Gazillion has done to turn this game around is pretty impressive. A TON has changed and improved since it was released way too early. This is a solid ARPG game now for those that want to click away as a Marvel super hero. It's almost overwhelming now how much stuff there is to do now.

Highly recommended. Best Diablo-style ARPG out there right now and you can play it as much as you want free. I threw some cash at it during a sale on stash tabs, but all other microtransactions are cosmetic.

Recommend starting when a new season is about to begin. Start with fresh trading economy, go until your character hits a wall or you get tired of the grind. The leveling up of a new character is my favorite part, so don't sweat having or wanting to reroll. It's normal.

And that skill tree! Oh man, so good.

Having a lot of fun with this now that Draft tournaments are out. Don't worry, you don't have to pay 40 bazillion silver (the in-game currency) to draft. I got 7 silver event tickets from the daily rewards over 3 days.

You'll have to grind out boosters a bit to get cards, but the starter decks are pretty decent. Took me a while to get used to the lane-based battle mechanics as well. NIce thing was just by playing against the AI to get used to the game and cards allowed me to get daily boosters to build my collection. (Disclosure: I'm also a KS backer, so that helped as well)
