All I expect from a Sherlock Holmes game as as always with this studio.
Very atmospheric and good story. I bit easier than the previous one and I miss the fact that you had to use the proper disguise to talk to some people, like in "Chapter One" game.

Had a great time on this game.

Story is cool, the atmosphere gives the impression that we are in a Guardians of the Galaxy movie, with the music, the personnality of every crew member, and the fact their relationships can evolve, for the better or the worst. I laughed during cutscenes and dialogs, which is very good and the major point reminding me of the movie's atmosphere.

The combat gameplay is a bit repetitive, but very satisfying when you manage to use the right actions as combo, it even gives the feeling that all your characters are actually acting as a team, it is very pleasant to get this feeling when you are playing a solo game.

I really enjoyed it, it changes from gigantic open worlds and their million of stuff to collect.

Lastly, I find the game as a whole very refreshing, i'm not use to have such experience on solo video games, and it is very appreciable.

GOTY deserved.

Original gameplay, very fine design on every plan. Despite a narration/writing that I find a bit clumsy, this game is worthy of your time and offers a satisfying gameplay that is convenient for both casual and experienced players by making the combat system easy to handle, and, at the same time, proposing optionnal challenges with a timer to beat for every combat, having you planning and timing your actions with great care.

Despit a bad press when released, the developers managed to get the bets out of the game and make it very pleasant and enjoyable !
Every storyline, wether they are main, side or DLC are very good, gameplay is kind of basic but has it's very own signature, making it both similar to other FPS gameplays and unique.
Of course it is not perfect, but I spent a 112h on it and would take them back for anything in the world. Building a netrunner is kinda broken tho, makes the combats very easy

Very nice art direction and a very well controled atmosphere that goes from relaxing to stresful, depending on the situation. Emotions are also well transmited to the player, you get attached to the main characters.

The plot is a bit common, but the character development is well done, and the gameplay is very satisfying: puzzles are not very hard, but not too easy either, which allow to keep a chill and a interesting game.
I also appreciated a lot the little references to pop culture scatered accross the game.

If you are looking for a relatively quick game (arround 16 hours for completionists) with a good atmosphere and a simple and nice gameplay, go for it !

More than respecting the HP universe, the developpers dived into it to make a lot of details that HP fans will appreciate. Easter eggs, references to facts in movies and books, etc.
I fou like event just a bit HP universe, you will be very pleased.
On technical side, the game is a masterpiece on every levels: game design, level design, scenario, character development, gameplay variety, combat system, ...

Simply a masterpiece.

I still must admit I wouldn't recommend it to a person that doesn't know or doesn't like HP universe, since everything is very specific to this universe. Thus, not knowing references made in dialogs and main/side stories might break the immersion the game is able to provide

Pretty good puzzle game, reminds me of the "The room" game serie, which I also enjoyed a lot.
The game is very pretty and immersive. I also appreciated the "invention" section, which is quite instructive. The story is quite good too, lot of mysteries and a bit of "I feel like i'm in danger"

For the drawbacks:
- Just a little game design problem in my opinion: you can easily miss some interactive elements, for they are not all "marked" and can be mistaken with environment. My advice if you play the game: trust your mouse more than your eyes, and try clicking everything, even if it looks like non interactive element.

- It took me 7 hours to complete the game. I got it during sells for 5€, so it is very acceptable, but the original price (15-20€) is a bit high for the time spent. So second advice: If you want to buy the game, wait for sells, the game is very very good, but a bit short to invest more than 15€ in it.

Probably the best game of my library:
Doesn't need a big configuration (i run it perfectly with an Intel HD GC and 4 GB RAM)
Many possibilities and secondary quest that change the way to complete your mission
Play as a silent assassin and kill only your target or play as an insane killer changes the end of the game
Total immersion, due to amazing places and ornaments, really well designed characters and awesome sounds effects and musics.
Lifetime really great: i played 80 hours and still got things to do (succes, ways to end missions, etc)
DLCs also add many hours in the game's lifetime
And finaly, the story is really great and you totaly choose the way the city will change.
There is no wasted time in playing this game !!
