We appreciate you providing your feedback on paid content in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Our main philosophy surrounding the Crown Store focuses on "customization and convenience" as stated here: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/25107

We never add items to the Crown Store with the intention of making it harder for our players to enjoy The Elder Scrolls Online. We want our players to enjoy ESO regardless of whether or not they make a Crown Store purchase.

In addition to Crown Store items, DLC and Chapter releases are paid content with ESO Plus members being able to access DLC content through their membership. The resources needed to develop and support this content means that we need to charge real world money, but we feel that this content offers incredible value with new Zones, Trials, Quests, Classes, and various items/collectibles being offered across Chapters and DLC respectively.
