Stellaris if it was an rpg, Elite if it had personality, x-series with ground combat, Star Citizen if it was ever completed, etc.

So far so good, this is almost everything I'd want from a space game. UI can be booty, crashes every so often, and some textures and models are a bit ehh. It's fun regardless and I look forward to whatever the dev adds next.
