INGREDIENTES
1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar (para fazer calda caramelo)
1/2 lata de leite condensado
2 a 3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
3 colher (sopa) amido de milho
800 ml de leite
1 colher (chá) de baunilha
3 ou 4 gemas de ovos
3 a 4 claras batidas em neve
1 colher (sopa) de açúcar
MODO DE PREPARO
Faça a calda de caramelo: deixe dourar o açúcar, junte 1/2 xícara(chá) de água quente e deixe dar uma leve engrossada.
Unte uma forma refratária com essa calda e reserve.
Junte numa panela o leite, o leite condensado, 2 a 3 colheres de açúcar, o amido de milho, as gemas peneiradas e a baunilha, misture tudo e leve ao fogo médio mexendo sempre até engrossar bem e reserve.
Bata as claras em neve com 1 colher de açúcar formando um merengue.
Espere esfriar e leve a geladeira.
