Like the first game, but better. Even in Early Access it's incredibly playable with very few outright visible bugs. Clearly there's tuning that still needs to happen, but they've already stated that the full release won't be until at least 2025.

Abysmal performance. Mediocre graphics. Even for a Saints game...

The game itself is amusing and would probably be fun to play, if only it were playable.

The input and video latency is unbelievable. I'm running an AMD 5900X with 64GB and a 3080 12GB and I'm unable to run the game at 1440p even with every graphics option set to Low. NVidia says I should be able to run Very High, and I agree... I should.

Performing actions as simple as moving or turning will sometimes get stuck for 1s+ after releasing the control. Sometimes the movement won't _start_ for 1s+ after pressing the control. Graphics are smooth, right up until they're jerky as hell for seemingly no reason.

I've gone down every troubleshooting rabbit hole there is to be done. Latest drivers, dynamicticks off/on, ... you name it. It's just not playable, which makes no sense at all.

There are lots of issues with CDPR and GOG regarding the marketing of this game, and at least one or two troublesome conversations that take place in game, but there are also really great aspects of the game.

All of that aside, I find the game itself quite entertaining. It has some performance issues, still. The first-week updates have helped with some of that, but it still gets quite chonky in areas with large crowds, etc. (FWIW, my system well exceeds every one of the requirements for "Ray Tracing: Medium", but GeForce Experience still customized the settings to reduce some of the default settings, and it still has issues.)

Side mission spoilers: As a trans woman myself, Claire's storyline and backstory felt really well handled and I liked the way it was presented.

I found the movement to be infuriatingly inconsistent and difficult. The fact that you can only select a movement mode at the beginning of a game was aggravating - if you want to change modes, you have to lose all your progress and start over from scratch.

**Needs the ability to thumb-turn, no matter which mode you're in.
