It's Skyrim. It's amazing to start and can be modded to incredible extremes.

So, at this point most people aren't reviewing Fallout 4, they are reviewing the Creation Club.

For the moment, Creation Club is a bit annoying. As a new feature added to the game it will require some engine updates until they have everything running correctly (or as correctly as Bethesda ever gets anything). Said updates will temporarly break F4SE and possibly other mods. Setting the game to update on launch and then only launching through F4SE will prevent the game from updating until you are ready.

As for Creation Club itself: They've already stopped pre-downloading the files onto your PC, so other than the new menu item and "News blurb" (both of which can be removed with mods) I don't see how it will affect anyone who doesn't want to use it.

Don't believe anyone who says Bethesda is anti-modding. They have made it clear that they will not interfere with free modding at all. Creation Club is simply a way to generate ongoing revenue to pay for the ongoing cost of mods on the consoles. Best to ignore it until they release something good (or just take the free stuff for now).
