You might not like this game at first but if you keep giving it a chance and enabled the 2K complete graphical overhaul mod, with capes and other QOL mods it can make the game even more enjoyable. You can use Vortex and Nexus Mods to do this.

I have had the game since 2013 on PS3 however I didn't enjoy it when I was younger, got it again in 2015 on pc and loaded it up 3-5 times since then & only ever met the greybeards.

Now I haven't even met the Greybeards and I'm level 26, slayed 6 dragons and explored 100+ POIs. Its not quite Fallout New Vegas writing but it is still incredibly immersive especially with modded weather effects.

I've played since the playtest and here are a few things I've noticed;

- Sharpness of weapons has been decreased way too much, meaning the scythe and big 2 handed swords no longer cut people effectively. In the playtest they were too sharp now its the opposite, find the middle ground.

- Please add a way of earning finishers/executions or purchasing them to use on opponents who are begging for mercy or you get behind them etc. Executions could add another level of fun to the game and excitement.

- Kicking is good addition but its easily abused since the mobility and balance of the characters is very clumsy.

- More NPC entities on the screen the more it starts to lag out and frame drops occur. FPS lower than playtest.

- Perma-death mode is very fun and challenging, but adding other modes alongside it would appeal to more players.

- The swinging in this demo compared to the test feels like your arms are like spaghetti and flopping around.

- Add a currency of some sort and allow for a broader option of character building and customisation; whilst keeping the random button as an option.

- Colosseum mode, arena mode, duel mode and other creative modes could be amazing on full release for PVP and PVE

Overall the game is unique and one of a kind medieval style fighting, however it has progressively gotten worse since the playtest. Bring back disembowelling!!!

This is like a reverse of the usual paid game slop, you get something which should cost at least £4.99-£14.99 and it's completely free + addictive! Any solution for a drop in fps when looking at certain areas of my store?

DLC ideas or update ideas:

- Sound system to link to spotify or youtube to play music in the store!!
- Underground Casino
- Tobacco and other peripherals
- Option to create a custom product w/ image
- Gacha/Claw Machines and mini amusement rides for outside the shop or in the entrance
- Lollypop dispenser or bouncy ball dispenser
- Kids and models of kids so they can buy from the machines (kids have a higher chance to steal or smthing)

Pros:
- Diverse wildlife / tames
- Game captures the perspective of your smallness very well
- Difficulty is based on your tames / party
- Great graphics and runs well
- Decent ending
- The 2 end-game wings are very enjoyable
- Taming system is solid but could of been expanded even further
- Repairing system is cool how you can save mats

Cons:
- Short / rushed from EA with a lot of missed potential
- Over priced should be £15/£20
- Unfinished / rushed second half of the game
- Basic story not very captivating or engaging but has a decent twist
- No underwater / pond areas with fish or more water creatures
- Upgrading and repairing doesn't use items from chests
- Looting items next to tames is the same hotkey as making them stay
- Other QOL changes could be made

I hope that they keep updating this game but I would of enjoyed a more thought-out and upgraded version of this game, maybe Smalland II: Untamed.

7.2/10 - Wish it had more content and was longer.

30hr review - I think you should be able to have 2 character on f2p but without shared inventory and be able to take 1 gold pouch into normal runs or 124/125+ atleast.

210hr review: Game is miserable once you delve more hours into it, you slowly start to realise how badly balanced and unstable the PVP is.

Everyone is either a barb, wizard or warlock because they are so superior to all other classes at the moment.

When all you can do is run to outplay your enemy in every engagement the game becomes boring and repetitive.

How can a barb have 305+ movespeed with a weapon that 2 hits at all gearscores and has the best perks and skills of all classes?!
How can a Warlock have lifesteal from mobs/players and suck his own hydras, when everyone else uses potions or bandages?!

Really fun game ruined by people abusing dogsh*t metas set by the devs, running cheesey builds or only taking fights when its a 3rd party.

HELLO GUYS BARBARIAN EVERY SINGLE LOBBY PUSHING W AND USING ACHILLES SPELL WITH FISTS, REALLY FUN EXPERIENCE FOR ALL! CAN'T FIGHT THEM, CAN'T OUT RUN THEM BUT REMOVE 3 DMG FROM THEIR WEAPONS!!! HAHAHAHAH JOKE OF A GAME PLAGUED WITH META ABUSERS AND 10IQ MONKEY PLAYERS. REWORK THEIR PERKS AND SKILLS, THEY HAVE THE BEST FOR PVP OUT OF ANY CLASS. HOW IS IT SKILLFUL TO PUSH W, Q AND HIT SOMEONE 2 TIMES?!

Good game, very engaging pve, base building and f2p system works well.
The exploration of each area can get repetitive after a while but atleast you gain supplies you need for later,
or armor and gun fragments.

Issues which are annoying but should be fixed:
Bad optimisation
CPU Bug
Lots of glitches & lag

Hard as a solo player early, game is 100x better with friends or as a group.

I would love to see a Helldivers 2 x Halo 3 insane crossover for Xbox release where they have a planet or area covered by the Flood from Halo 3, would be so much fun to kill them inside this game x a nostalgia trip for older gamers.

8/03/2024 - Devs took the route of nerfing every valuable strategy or weapon instead of buffing the underused or never used weapons/stratagems. All whilst making the game difficulty harder and near impossible for solos on higher difficulties. "Skill issue" or just the classic modern day "dev issue"

3/05/2024 - Dev issue strikes again with the classic bait and switch technique coming in full force, don't have a PS account? You can't play.

Yes! Very good in current state, lots of bugs though! Pokemon enthusiasts will appreciate this the most.

Solid business management sim with lots of options, details and helpful tools to help you into the game (if needed its pretty simple).
Runs like a mobile game however this one does not force "offers" and ADs down your throat whilst playing.
There is a premium currency like all free to play games but you get 5 of them per day for logging in and sometimes for other tasks you complete.
