After centuries of peace and billions of lives lost, Emperor Sheev-en, on the 560th anniversary of His rule, met with the remaining legislative bodies (including members of various senates, congresses, soviets, parliaments, etc. from across the galaxy) and after a rousing speech, was unanimously appointed God-Emperor by the Imperial Ecumenical Council of 3689 A.S. led by President Usman Abdul Jalil Sisha, one of many officials who were later found guilty of sedition and subsequently executed during the Renewal Campaigns of 3705-3713 A.S.
