The TL:DR, The reason for the Negative review is a WARNING; This game is boring without the community expansion, optimised poorly, and will crash often. But the concept is amazing and you'll really want this game to work, but it's buggier than Bethesda titles and it is infuriating. Everyone wants it to work so badly the community have basically tried desperately to save this game.

The Good
The game is extremely creative, it's a Minecraft Town builder. It's fun designing your own buildings and the towns and the art style and mini-story progression is charming. The Community has brought more life and complexity into this game, and if it wasn't for them I'd have only 20-50hrs in this at best.

The Bad.
Optimisation is sh*t, towns will at best be just 20 individuals, you can increase that number however you'll just be inviting more crashing and slow downs. The game is also not very indepth unless you install the ACE mod which is a community continuation as the game is pretty much "finished" by the devs and plain.

The Frustrating.
BUGS, it's just very buggy. frequent crashing, building issues with custom buildings are not always "helpful" and the issue overly just blinds you in Red providing zero insight. Balancing is another issue in this game as some features can be impossible or a too easy the difficulty curve more a rollercoaster and the true difficulty curve is trying to keep the game from crashing as your town grows bigger.
