I had a lot of complaints at first, but now that I've gotten used to the changes from the first games fundamental mechanics, it's very fun. You have to think a lot more strategical in terms of building placement, zoning, resources, and city planning. Don't expect to be positive in net income for a while, that's just how it is. Max out parking lot and roadside parking fees as soon as you can, and save for the geothermal power plant (connect it directly to the outer-city electrical lines rather than a transformer station to make more $).
