It's a wonderful game.

Personally I suspect that in this installation, Colossal Order wanted a fresh start from Cities Skylines I.
I have no idea what Payday 2 or Payday 3 is about, but to me. They share the same cons with the CS-franchise.

Visually it's a direct improvement and the sub-buildings are wonderful. Like the fully modular cemetery found in the NL region-pack.

However you have to stay realistic, the prior cities skylines just has more content. (Bikes is something I miss quite much, CO has addressed this though).
You can't realistically just port everything over in one-go. Especially with all those DLC packs that CS1 provides.

For now, I am leaning more to positive and I really hope that they add more content.

Absolutely not worth it, choice in residential building are a disappointment. Only offer Med-size, and not big ones as that.

I would just recommend forgetting about the price, add Urban Promenades and Modern Architecture with Mediterranean Heritage.
And just pretend, you did not spend an amount that is almost half of what you paid the base-game for.

Because they do look stunning, but it's absolutely not worth it.

Very nice assets, and I really missed this kind of aesthetic in this base game,
Even though CO does offer the free French and German regional pack which looks stunning in their own right.

Do I think it was worth paying 8 euros? Yes and no.
Putting to perspective that they don't get any more money once somebody bought the game, it's an understandable price.

There aren't that many assets in this pack, but some of them are absolutely stunning, I found the additional train station also very nice. Local Train Station being one of them, or Modern Telecom Building.

Most negative reviews I've found to be protest or partial-protest reviews, which I find a wack way to grab attention.
I, personally am happy with this pack.

Seems like a demotion of legacy besides the graphical improvements
