Well, there is a special topic in the group, where you can write such messages. In this case, they will be seen by all administrators and moderators, and probably will go faster.

Hello, Wadim!
One of the players from your civ5 group https://steamproxy.net/id/taurusciv broke the social rules of your group from paragraph 1. By chance I looked the stream on https://www.twitch.tv/taurusciv where he cussed out another player, spoiled the game and cried like a baby because of two tiles which were bought by that player. Also it seems he broke the gameplay rules of the lobby by giving the city to another player https://clips.twitch.tv/FuriousOptimisticSandstormChocolateRain .
