How to quit your ♥♥♥♥ addiction

Personally speaking, I quit ♥♥♥♥ by adopting a multi-faceted women-hatred lifestyle. My misogyny is now so powerful that the idea of a dumb ♥♥♥♥ getting me ♥♥♥♥♥ without my consent is physically repulsive to me. I channel the hatred I have for ♥♥♥♥♥ into a hatred of ♥♥♥♥, which I see as a way for a ♥♥♥♥ to control me.

Once I started seeing it that way, it was easier to overcome.

Another change of perspective that helped me was the realization that spending so much time touching your ♥♥♥♥ is actually really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ homosexual. Handling your ♥♥♥♥ is handling A ♥♥♥♥. Playing with your ♥♥♥♥♥ is playing with A ♥♥♥♥♥. I'm not a ♥♥♥, so I decided I was going to stop playing with my own ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ so often like I was a ♥♥♥.

So basically you need to hate women more and be less ♥♥♥.
