As of about 30-40 minutes ago, I have beaten Yakuza 0. This is my first Yakuza game, and I've still got some achievement and side content cleanup to do. Without spoiling anything to anyone who may be interested in playing this game. Just know.....the story is so good that it sent me through the legitimate five stages of grief while playing, I can't explain what I just felt in any other way. This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece. I don't hear people say it very much, but I think this game is a very good example of the phrase - "Video games are art."

Just....wow, the side content, the combat, all the goofy ♥♥♥♥, and again, the masterpiece of a story. Every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moment kept me on edge, every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moment of this goofy ass game made me feel something powerful, deep in my soul. I, like many other people, picked up this game having seen all the silly ♥♥♥♥. I knew the story was serious, I just never could've imagined how impactful it was. I never thought I'd give this much of a ♥♥♥♥ about all of these characters, I never could've guessed they were so well-written, unique, personality-ridden, everything.
