Please double check that your PC's specs meet the minimum requirements[support.ubi.com] for ACOD, as the game is fairly intensive. If everything seems to be alright, we recommend this performance FAQ[support.ubi.com] for issues like yours. Additionally, please try verifying your game files to check for any corrupted files. Please also disabling background applications[support.ubi.com] and running Uplay and the game as an Admin[support.ubi.com] on your PC. We also recommend running the game in Borderless Window mode, as it has helped others in the past.

If none of these steps help, please submit your MSINFO and dxdiag files[support.ubi.com] for further investigating. Our technical team can look into this issue deeper for you. Please also include what steps you've already tried on your ticket. Thanks!
