- half a glass of milk (125 ml)
-ok. 1.5 cups of sugar (300 g)
-3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa
-250 g of butter
-4 eggs
-ok. 1.5 cups of wheat flour (225 g)
-2 flat teaspoons of baking powder
-a pinch of salt
-sugar decorations – optional
Preparations:
1. Mix the milk with sugar and cocoa in a pot. Place on the burner and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then add the butter to the hot mass and stir until it melts. Set aside to cool.
5. Mix the flour and powder with a whisk (or mixer). Finally, gently mix in the egg whites with a spatula.
6.Line the bottom of the baking tray with baking paper. Pour the dough into the form.
7.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the Murzynka for approx. 45 minutes until the so-called dry stick. Leave to cool.
