Paradox will release broken or garbage content and expect you to dish out moolah because there's no real alternative. As of now the game will OOM after about two hours of play on a 32 gigabyte memory setup. They're planning to add a good chunk of the rest of the entire world in an upcoming DLC and I have no clue how they expect the game not to kill itself before you can finish a playthrough, assuming you want to see a playthrough through because the game's boring as ♥♥♥♥ and just bad as a videogame. Paradox fans will soyjak about how it's a great e-larp tool or whatever and happily throw money at the company regardless.

I shudder to imagine the working conditions at Paradox. Everything points to it being a postindustrial nightmare. You work with tools that don't function and make a product that you cannot possibly have the time to proof-play because it's a bloated, malfunctioning bike wreck (because these yuppie Swedish executives probably can't drive.) When Sweden sinks into the ocean we'll at least finally be free of this publisher.

Voxel Turf looks like ♥♥♥♥. It's actually quite nice and extremely worth the asking price of eight dollars, a little under half the price of Everything Everything's Man Alive album which I love dearly.

It's a sandbox builder with turf war and city builder hybrid mechanics. If that sounds interesting and you like cubegames to begin with like I do, you'll get a lot out of it. In many ways it reminds me of old open source games I'd play in my youth but with a lot more polish as to be expected from something with a price tag. But it IS an eight dollar game and looks like it. There is a mod to make it look more like the other block game and it's much nicer that way.
