Both fun and realistic! It does however help if you have some prior beer-brewing knowledge as some of the instructions can seem a little unclear, but its not absolutely necessary. You can be a complete newbie and pick this up pretty fast!
I would highly recommend this game to anyone into simulation games (definitely has a cooking simulator type of vibe, but much more chill and slow-paced) and anyone who may be slightly interested in the processes of brewing beer or finding out more about different kinds of beer to expand your knowledge.
