more Metal Gear Solid than The Phantom Pain

The developer just canned the game, no playerbase, really cool concept, dont buy.

Team Fortress 2 is over 10 years old, and it is still in the top ten most played steam games and is one of my favorite games of all time. It has stood the test of time, while being a little dated in a few areas, it is still a blast to play casualy and competitvely. The new Jungle Inferno update has brought new players and has revived many peoples' interest in the game. The TF team may be slow, but they sure do know how to make a good update. Here's to another 10 years!

-Pretty Hardcore, no loot respawns.

-Looks gorgeous

-Devs Seem to be working on the game frequently. (despite the game being in early access for years)

=CONS=

-Been in early access for wayyy too long

-No coop mode

-Pretty hard to navigate some of the areas

My go-to FPS right now. I have bought both season passes, love the new operators. Good commmunity and Ubisoft isn't being scummy this time. Very good.... Very Good....

I'm going to be honest with this game. As a stand alone game, it freaking fantastic! But, as a Metal Gear Solid game, it not all that great. I was extremely hyped for this game. Especially the story, that would supposedly fill in the gaps between Metal Gear one and two. While it did, it did it in an extremely boring matter and a terrible twist. This games story left me very dissapointed. But the gameplay is absoloutly superb! Best gameplay in the series by far.

Unfinished story that leaves to many questions unanswered

Lack of cutscenes

Lack of interesting dialog

Boss fights arent very good

Most missions dont have very much purpose

The Verdict: Phantom Pain is a decent game overall. If your a fan of MGS like I am, you wont feel fullfilled with the story or the characters but you can still enjoy the gameplay. If you arent an MGS fan you will probably enjoy this game.
