I've wasted over 2000 hours on this game, though it would be closer to 5000 if the 7 year ongoing bot problem didn't stop me from playing. I used to look forward to playing this game every day since I started in 2012. Ever since a little after Jungle Inferno in 2017, however, I've had less and less motivation to come back to this game because of how bad the bots have gotten. I now play MAYBE once or twice a year at most, and many of the matches I get during these play sessions are full of bots/cheaters that spam the voice/text chats and votekick human players from the match, making it impossible to play. Valve's continual and intentional neglect of TF2 is disgusting, and I will not be supporting this game financially anymore and I encourage others to do the same to show Valve that the way this game is being treated is completely unacceptable.
