While the game is not the Game Of The Century it was to be, it still is a great game by modern standards.

The Graphics on Ultra are easily the best I've seen ever and are probably the best things about this game. While I did run without RTX in the majority (95%) of the game. Graphics still were amazing and next gen.
The Story while is short is still good and I enjoyed it. I just wish we did some more crazy stuff but at the end it is a battle against time.
The gameplay (specfically the gun play) is something that I loved and while it does start off to be bullet sponge, the more you level up and progress, the less of a bullet sponge it is and I have found it to be enjoyable. The Skills are also good and balanced, I ended up being a jack off all trades and superior at nothing so it's my fault but again skills are good and balanced.
Hacking is also simple and easy to learn but hard to master. There's also crafting of weapons but I never did any of that. You also get a lot of loot (weapons mostly) and when you sell them you get a lot of Eddies in the long run.
Missions I've had no problems with in regards to being "boring" or "repetitive". The side missions such as NCPD scanner and the GIGS did become a bit of a chore to finish but I took breaks and finished it so I won't complain too much.
I think the game Overall deserves an 8/10 and a big fat recommendation from me 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Side note: Optimization leaves a bit to be desired as running without frame gen on any graphical setting seems to not go above 120/130 fps on a 4080 and i7 14700k. But enabling DLSS Frame Gen fixed it and I got 250+ fps in general.
