I misjudged this game and now that it runs smoothly I think it is no less of an awesome game than Skyrim. 8/10

the performance issues are real yes.despite that the that game is of very huge value and content.especially with mods.i suggest you too give it at least a 4/10 and re check all the available options for finding a solution to your problems.also i am giving you an thumbs up because of that valid point.goodluck friend
