1) Browse local files and select compatibility with Windows XP
2) Try to launch the game and close it (it should create a folder in your Documents)
3) Create Options.ini file and add there these details:

- Alternatively, you can download the Options.ini online and just add it to your C&C Game Data Folder.

There might be some errors and by the way online doesn't work at all, but you can also download GenLauncher online and fix it.
