this game rules, super family friendly and relaxing. i learned many facts today. i only wish the buzzer sound wasn't so scary because it makes me really sad when i get one wrong and it is so loud... but that's what i get for being wrong i suppose.
(i would also say calling a milkshake a soft drink is somewhat controversial because they are milk-based. this could lead to some undue confusion.......)

it's fun but it's too expensive for the amount of content but if money means nothing to you then by all means

this game is so cute and fun! it's the perfect level of relaxing difficulty where it's easy enough to play through on your own while not being so baby easy that its boring, no real brain-wrenchers but it's still satisfying to complete everything. i completed & 100% everything in 4 hours, so if you're looking for something adorable and relaxing to play after 100 uninterrupted unblinking hours of Baldur's Gate 3 this is the perfect wee experience.

the gameplay is reminiscent of Spyro or Okami, without the combat of course, but all of the fun little platforming upgrades & little things to collect. the graphics are cute, the music is super Stawdew Valley + Ghibli-esque, and the story is just so cute!!!! not a single time did i rage during my playthrough too so that's a plus. love you smushi

when i'm not playing it i'm thinking about it. when i'm sleeping i dream about it. every time anyone succeeds at anything i think "they just passed that roll". this game is everything to me

this is the most epic game ever. this could be the full version and i would be happy!! i cannot believe this is only early access this game makes me scream with joy!!! magical!!!!!

update after early access ended.... this game is still le epic. awesome sauce!

i was not expecting that

i'm a freak for this game. spyro 1 is the best, perfect masterpiece game. spyro 2 is good but not being able to complete a level the first time you enter and having to leave mid-way through because you don't know how to swim/climb in the beginning sucks, but the rest is amazing. spyro 3 is not great, but this version is infinitely more enjoyable than the original version which was heinous. still really bad just because, like the issue with spyro 2, you can't finish most levels for a long time until you recruit the kangaroo/bird/whatever which takes a while to achieve. also skateboarding??? wtf.
but overall if you like simple and straight-forward collect-a-thon games that look super pretty, then you will like this! especially if you've been playing these games since you're a child, then you will super DUPER love this. it's not difficult at all, save for a few things, so it's just a nice fun game to play through and enjoy without being stressful.

edit: i played through spyro 3 again and it was so enraging. the levels are all very fun but the little mini-game/special zones all suck; they're boring at the best and ragequit worthy at best. not awesome!!

Pros:
-super fun and interesting items
-a bunch of achievements that are fun to complete (especially with friends) that unlock even MORE items
-unique enemies with fun mechanics
-looks super duper pretty and aesthetically pleasing
-all the characters are pretty fun to play and have very different playstyles

Cons:
-can be super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying when RNGesus is not on your side
-bugs galore

it's super fun singleplayer and multiplayer, and if you like games like Binding of Isaac or Wizards of Legend, or really any roguelike, then you will love this game!!

Ōkami is such an amazingly, beautifully stylized game that deserves way more love and attention that it gets. It's one of my all-time favourite games because of how beautiful it looks, the amazing and enchanting soundtrack, the adorable characters, and especially the story and gameplay. The gameplay is extremely reminiscent of the Legend of Zelda games because you have the option to do so many things, like collect 100% of everything, alongside the story and combat.
The only con of this game (in my opinion) is the camera control can be a bit wonky sometimes, which is kinda infuriating when you're fighting a boss or trying to traverse some thin platform. Otherwise, this game is pretty much perfect if action-adventure games are your style.
