For those of you coming from XCOM: Enemy Unknown/Within expecting a similar ride. Stop right now, forget your tactics you used on EU/EW. You will die a horrible death. This game provides more strategies to use but missions can also be a LOT harder.

For the game itself, it's quite decent. The graphics are glorious and the animations are good enough. The stuttering was kind of bad but doable as it is a Turn Based game. The story was lovely, I have no complaints there. You attachment to characters can be quite strong, providing a sobing mess when that character dies.

I'd give this game a 9/10.
The only reason it's not a 10 is because during the last mission, near the end. I felt like I was going to go into an epileptic shock (I wasn't, never have and hopefully never will) because the graphics starting glitch out so bad, there were flashing yellow regions, flashing purple regions, flashing every other color regions. Everything was flashing, animations were being skipped, immense lag. The Avatars wrecking my entire squad. (<<Spoiler). But that only occured on the last mission. Weird huh?

Buy this game, you'll love it.
