Yeah, this game is alright if you used to play Pokemon all the time as a child and fantasized about if Pokemon weren't just a 2D game and had open world elements and you can fly over the trees and if the underground secret bases were fully fleshed out and not just a 5-hour adventure and oh yeah type matchups kind of matter and you get to help out in fights and really relish in the fact that Game Freak dropped the ball so hard by not releasing anything this big since it got comfy on its laurels in 2002.

A bit glitchy still, but that adds to the charm

There's a lot to love about this game, and the level of polish applied to all aspects that have been developed so far is extraordinary. I can only imagine that this game will continue to expand into a better and better product into the future 10/10 would recommend

Edit 34 hours in now - the game is running out of content but it's already worth it for the time I've spent in it. :)

This game was amazing. The story, the plot, the everything. It was kind of short, but totally worth it. Also, when they say 'choose your partner' at the start of the game, it's not your business partner... I accidentally made a lesbian couple oops.

9/10 hit me right in the feels from start to finish.
