Go back to your humble bundle page (the link they sent you) and there is a button for increasing your contribution amount. You should be able to increase it high enough to get the bonus games.

Kind of screwed myself by getting the bundle but not Bastion. It's my first humble bundle experience and I didn't read the info closely. Played the Bastion demo and was blown away.
