The resolution for AOE2HD I think defaults to desktop, if you wanna lower or raise it try changing your desktop resolution before launching the game.

It seems like it's better for media rather than games. Which is weird because it has tf2 workshop support or something. It's easy to use but models seem to be too gluttonous.
