If you're referring to the possibility of them using external programs for an unfair advantage: I don't know. I didn't accuse such. I simply posed it as a possible reasoning behind their other self-admitted EULA exploitation.
They didn't deny such. So, perceive such however it is you want.

Though, Steam's EULA defines "smurfing" as a sort of cheat. And prior to being confronted for such, they openly deemed their account as for "smurfing" purposes only.
