Played through it, had heaps of fun and I'll never forget how awesome it was.
If you like tinkering with army and individual squads, units in a turn based combat, it's a must play.
Plus, believe it or not, but there are some nice memorable characters :D

Don't get fooled by the low pricetag!

Very simple game, especially fun with friends, doesn't require that much thinking.

As a Kingdom of Loathing OG, I can already confirm the game carries the same spirit perfectly. This cannot go wrong.

EDIT: At first I was a bit scared the game might be a bit short, but when I saw the map I decided there is no need to worry.

EDIT: I can confirm that there is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of stuff to explore, however, I strongly reccommend not using and helps or walkthroughs. Figuring stuff out can be tedious in a few cases but rewarding.
Replayability is on high level.

I would like to give a minute of silence for independent small team developers that dont get corrupted no matter what and stay true to their game-making nature.
The updates take literally years, but this game was always a personal gem for me and every time I get back to it, my heart melts.

This games includes:

- Thousands of wrecked ATs cause the crew stupidly missed fist 2 shots and enemy tank killed them
- Looting and repairing thousands of enemy tanks and manning them, even tho they get wrecked by the first enemy hidden behind sandbags
- Sending one paradropper and through direct control raping entire enemy point
- Finding out your whole squad was murdered within seconds by enemy MG
- Finding out John Doe survived the massacre and equip him with MG from an enemy german solider together with nazi helmet with plenty of ammo to defend 1 point
- Wrecking enemy tanks by doing hardcore stealth actions and throwing AT nades at em
- Aligning your tank by inches so the chances for penetration from enemy shells are the smallest
- Losing the tank immidiately after that
- Sending a bombing run on enemy lines, finding out none of the bombs actually hit the critical enemy tank/entrenchment
- After tons of hours winning the game, suprised John Doe actually defended the point and probably has the biggest kill count from your whole army.

Its probably not fair give review this early (7 hrs played), but cmon, its a counter-strike.

- First of all, the ♥♥♥♥ is with all the weapons? They are all small, fat, ugly. When I turned the damn game on, joined Terrorist forced and seen that glock? It looks like it was pregnant. Similiar with nova shotgun that looks more like hi-tech bb gun. There are only a few weapons that looks acceptable and natural (Deagle looks still k).
- Another thing that pisses me off is that when you shoot ANY gun, you have a feeling like there isnt delivered any damage at all. Back in CS:S when you shot an AK, you felt the power, it made a loud noise and you whole recticle aiming thing and blur ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ moved. Very intense. Now can hold down the left button, seeing the projectiles flying way above the aiming recticle like its ok and powerful AK turns into airsoft gun that makes you yawn your ass out with pure gayness.
- I bought pimpin polar skin on nova and now its little less ugly (still ugly alot), but still ♥♥♥♥♥♥. And its almost invisible in snow (no snow maps yet tho).

Reccomendation is cause of Decoy.

After spending billions of hours driving like an idiot and gettin ass-whopped every time I passed a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ outpost I wiped out 10 times, doing different missions that were all the same and poppin malaria pills like House pops vicodins, I finally managed to finish it and never returned to it again.

The only bright side of the game that the story in the end actually have a plot twist.

If you will be able to buy it cheap and try to speedrun it, I reccommend :D

In the beginning I wasnt really into it. It seemed somewhat clumsy and weird. After several heists I began to slowly change my mind. For a solid amount of time I got hooked so bad I bought almost every DLC in the end. There is plenty of space to experiment with different builds and weapons as well, needless to say though, I have a feeling that players that own only vanilla with no DLCs whatsoever might be slightly limited. Sure, you can still join DLC heists you dont have and enjoy all the beauty of the game but your weapon arsenal will be cut down to half. To be completely fair, some of the discounts that were during steam summer sale or just a regular sale make the game and the DLCs quite cheap, so almost everyone can offer few of em.

If you are considering buying this game, but it at least with gage historical pack (cause nagant kicks ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass).

Anyway - Pros:
- Very high replayability
- Except few, most heists are pretty unique and there are more ways how to complete them
- You will spend hours of playing with weapon mods and skills (which is fun, too, rly :D)
- Graphics are okay
- Playing with friends and then insult them is priceless

Cons:
- From time to time you happen to play with either ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, or complete idiots (NOT FAULT OF THE GAME)
- For some people it might take little longer then usual to cope with AI and its sometimes strange and too bold behaviour
- Not defaultly implemented hoxhud (You should get that ♥♥♥♥ 4 real)
